A complex consisting of four 375 sqm units has been sold in Wetton by Guy de la Porte in association with Tony Bales. The first unit was sold for R1,500,000 on sectional title to an property investment trust last year. The other three units were sold to one of the individual members of the trust for R4,5 Million. The selling price totalled R6 Million. The complex was was sectionalised by and Guy de la Porte and Tony Bales (formerly Bales Delaporte) to allow the owner a gradual phased exit strategy.
