Guy de la Porte has sold another industrial owner occupier property in Epping. 13 Elliot Avenue has been sold to Distell Ltd who have purchased the property for expansion purposes. The seller was Redefine, the second largest property fund listed on the JSE, who are trading out of properties under R50 Million.

The property comprises an industrial factory building with offices measuring approximately 8,400 sqm in total, on a site of 13,000 sqm. The purchase price is in excess of R22 Million , which equates to R2,619/ sqm building and R1,700/ sqm land. The property will be substantially renovated.
